Before you start

  • This applies if you have accounts that can't connect via Open Banking (the secure system Armalytix uses to link directly to your bank), such as ISAs and some savings accounts.
  • We recommend uploading 3 months of statements for each manual account.
  • We only accept PDFs and photos or screenshots of documents (JPEG or PNG).
  • Enter the exact current balance, including pence. The system checks this against the statement you upload.
  • Collect all the statements for an account before you start adding it.

 

 

Add a manual account

  1. Click My bank isn't in the list (below the Continue button). A box opens for you to enter the account details: balance, bank name, currency, and so on. Enter the exact current balance, including pence, as it appears on your statement.   2. Click Upload to add your statements. Select all the statements for that account at once, using Ctrl+click (Cmd+click on Mac), then upload them together. We only accept PDFs and photos or screenshots of documents (JPEG or PNG).
  3. Repeat these steps for each account, until you've proven the total amount you've been asked to prove.



Note: don't add the same account twice

Each manual balance you add is counted separately when we calculate your total funds. Adding the same account more than once will make your total balance too high.

If this happens, click the bin (delete) icon next to the account to remove it.
