First AML does not run criminal record checks. Criminal activity isn't one of the categories we screen against, and we don't hold criminal records on file.
If the person or business you're screening appears on any of the other sources we cover, their profile still shows up in your results. Depending on what they've been involved in, that can include a sanctions or warnings list, since some criminal matters lead to a listing there even though the underlying record itself isn't something we search.

Turning on Advanced Risk Screening
Advanced Risk Screening is managed from the Settings page. Only admins can turn it on or change its settings; if you don't have access to Settings, ask an admin on your account.
To turn it on:
Go to Settings.
Find Screening Profile.
Turn on Advanced Risk Screening.
