What is Zapier?
Zapier moves information between your systems and First AML automatically. Zapier helps you automate repetitive tasks between two or more apps—no code necessary. When an event happens in one app, Zapier can tell another app to perform (or do) a particular action. You can link First AML to your CRM, Email Communications, Forms etc. with a few clicks, so they can share data.
The Zapier integration within First AML is free to all First AML customers. The integration requires a Zapier account (its free), and certain apps integrated with Zapier may require a paid Zapier subscription.
What is a Zap?
A Zap is an automated workflow that tells your apps to follow this simple command: "When this happens, do that." E.g. when a client completes a google form, create a new case in First AML.
Every Zap has a trigger and one or more actions. A trigger is an event that starts a Zap, and an action is what your Zap does for you in First AML.
