Summary
The Source Platform can be saved as a Web App that looks and behaves like a normal app, but cannot be found in the App Store or Google Play Store. To save the Web App to your device, follow the instructions below for your device type.
iOS (Apple)
Open Safari
In the browser, type in the platform URL according to your region:
EU / UK app.eu.firstaml.com Australia & New Zealand app.firstaml.com After the page loads, tap the Forward or share icon button
(box with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom centre of your screen, then select View More, and scroll down to Add to Home Screen.
Tap "Add to home screen"
Tap "Add"
The Web App has now been added to your home screen. Click on the app to login to the platform to view or submit a case.
Android (Samsung, Huawei, OnePlus etc)
Open Google Chrome
In the browser, type in the platform URL according to your region:
EU / UK app.eu.firstaml.com Australia & New Zealand app.firstaml.com After the page loads, tap the Forward button or
the three dots (⋮) button in the top right of Chrome, then select View More, then scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Tap "Add"
The Web app has now been added to your home screen. Click on the app to login to the platform to view or submit a case.
