First AML's secure web form lets you securely upload customer due diligence documentation.

First AML uses this form to collect documents related to an entity (for example, a copy of a Trust Deed) or an individual (for example, certified ID) that aren't collected through the identity verification form.

Before you start

  • Accepted file types: JPEG, JPG, PNG, PDF, GIF, DOC, DOCX, CSV.

  • Maximum file size: 50MB per document.

  • Supported browsers: Google Chrome (version 79+), Safari (version 13.1+), Firefox (version 72+).

  • You have 35 days to access the link in your email before it expires.


Submit information

  1. Open the email from First AML in your inbox.

  2. Click Submit information




Get started

  1. Click Get started.




Select a task

  1. Find the task you want to upload information for, and click the downward arrow next to it to expand it.



Upload your documents

  1. Drag and drop your documents directly into the upload box, or click Browse to open your files

Submit your documents

  1. Once you've added your documents, click Submit.

The form lets you submit even if you haven't uploaded something for every task. If you don't have everything yet, upload what you have now and submit the rest later.

 





Confirmation

Once you click Submit, you'll see a confirmation screen.





Troubleshooting


Error: "Please provide a Source of Wealth statement"


Enter text into the text box for that task. If you've already uploaded a written statement from your solicitor or accountant, type "Refer to the attached statement," or add your own explanation using the grey prompt text as a guide.




You have 35 days to access the link in your email. If it's expired, click Resend a link to have a new form sent to you.



Once the button is clicked, our system will send through a new form for you to complete.
