Overview

Greatforms includes an integration with First AML, allowing you to connect your First AML account, and create AML cases directly from Greatforms  — keeping your compliance workflow in one place.

Setting up the integration

To enable this integration within Greatforms, you will need us to provision you with a First AML API Client ID and Client Secret.


Before we can do this for you, we need to understand how you want your Greatforms account/s to interact with your First AML platform.

You have a single Greatforms account, shared by all your offices

You have a single Greatforms account, only used by some of your offices
You will need to copy and complete the following spreadsheet to tell us how we need to provision your credentials correctly:

You have multiple Greatforms accounts

Requesting your API Client ID and Client Secret

  • Contact First AML Onboarding Team onboarding@firstaml.com requesting your Client ID & Client Secret.
  • Let us know your setup scenario above, and please include a link to your Greatforms <> First AML Mapping if applicable.
  • Provide the name and email address of the First AML Compliance Admin we should send these credentials to.
  • We will send your credentials to the email address in a secure link.
