Overview
Real Time Agent includes an integration with First AML, allowing real estate agencies to initiate and manage Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and AML compliance checks seamlessly from within the RTA platform.
Setting up the integration
To set up this integration within Real Time Agent, you will need to be a Principal or Administrator user in RTA, and also be (or have approval from) a First AML Compliance Admin.
1. Enable First AML within Real Time Agent
- Log in to Real Time Agent, navigate to System Settings > Integrations Hub, find First AML, and select Connect.
- This will send an email to you, and First AML’s onboarding team, which contains a link to submit credentials. Ensure you keep this email, as you will need it to submit your credentials later.
2. Double check First AML Onboarding have all we need
- Confirm Offices
- If you only have one First AML office, go to step b.
- If you have multiple First AML offices, forward this email to onboarding@firstaml.com, and tell us which First AML office this RTA integration request relates to. This ensures AML checks from RTA will appear in the correct office.
- Confirm Authorisation
- If you are not a First AML Compliance Admin, you must also provide the email address of a First AML Compliance Admin who should receive the credentials.
3. Create your Client ID & Client Secret
You can now create your own API Client ID and Client Secret directly in First AML - you no longer need to wait for our onboarding team to provision them. For step-by-step instructions, see Managing your API credentials.
Once created, keep them ready to enter in the next step.
4. Enter your Client ID & Client Secret
- In the email RTA originally sent you, click the “Link to submit credentials” button.
- This will navigate you to RTA’s Integration Setup portal where you can enter your Client ID & Client Secret to complete set up.
