Overview

Realtair includes an integration with First AML, allowing you to connect your First AML account, and create AML cases directly from Realtair. Keeping your compliance workflow in one place.

Setting up the integration

To enable this integration within Realtair, you’ll need a First AML API Client ID and Client Secret. Your Compliance Admins can create and manage these credentials themselves in First AML platform, under Settings > Integrations - see Managing your API credentials.

Before you create your credentials, use the table below to decide how to scope them to the way your Realtair account/s connect to your First AML platform.

Understanding your setup scenario

Your setup scenarioWhat you need to do

You have a single Realtair account, shared by all your offices

If you are confident that all your offices now and in future will access your single Realtair account, select “Whole organisation” when creating your credential.

You have a single Realtair account, only used by some of your offices

Select “Specific offices” when creating your credentials, and select the offices that need to connect to your single Realtair account.

You have multiple Realtair accounts

You will need to proceed carefully to ensure you are provisioning your credentials correctly.

We recommend completing the following spreadsheet, which will help you take stock of which Realtair accounts are used by your offices:

Realtair <> First AML Mapping

For each Realtair account, create a unique credential. Select “Specific offices” when creating each credential to ensure you are provisioning access to the correct offices for each Realtair account.

Requesting your API Client ID and Client Secret

You can now create and manage your own API Client ID and Client Secret directly in First AML - you no longer need to email our onboarding team. For step-by-step instructions, see Managing your API credentials.

If a Realtair <> First AML Mapping applies to your setup scenario, complete it as described above.
