Overview
Forms Live integrates with First AML to offer a cohesive AML workflow. Create cases, receive updates, and download reports, all within Forms Live directly.
Setting up the integration
To enable this integration within Forms Live, you will need us to provision you with a First AML API Client ID and Client Secret.
Understanding your setup scenario
Your setup scenario | What you need to do |
| You have a single Forms Live account, that you want to connect to multiple offices. | Not supported: Forms Live require that credentials are only scoped to a single First AML office. |
| You have a single Forms Live account, and only one office you want to connect. | Skip to Requesting your API Client ID and Client Secret below. |
| You have multiple Forms Live accounts | You will need to copy the following spreadsheet to tell us which First AML offices need credentials: Forms Live <> First AML Mapping Then, Forms Live to Requesting your API Client ID and Client Secret below. |
Requesting your API Client ID and Client Secret
- Contact First AML Onboarding Team onboarding@firstaml.com requesting your Client ID & Client Secret.
- Let us know your setup scenario above, and please include a link to your Forms Live <> First AML Mapping if applicable.
- Provide the name and email address of the First AML Compliance Admin we should send these credentials to.
- We will send your credentials to the email address in a secure link.
- You can then input these credentials into Forms Live to connect the integration. See their help article for instructions.
