Editing a case

When a case is in Ready for Review, you can make updates without reworking the case. The following areas can be edited:

Manifest tab

  • Requirement statuses (e.g. Complete, In Progress, Not Applicable)

  • Individual and entity statuses

Screening tab

  • Overall screening status

  • Screening status note

  • Screening report

  • Specific screening hit statuses

  • Notes for individual screening hits

  • Bulk status decisions for hits

  • Monitoring toggle (on or off)

To make other changes such as editing the case’s details, updating the risk assessment, or adding requirements, you need to rework the case to move it back to In Progress.

Once you’ve reviewed the case and are satisfied with all information and checks, you can move the case to Completed by approving it.

To approve a case:

  1. Open the case.

  2. Click the Approve button in the top-right corner.

The case status will update to Completed, and no further edits will be allowed.
