The platform enables you to send Electronic Identity Verification (EIV) forms to your clients via SMS. We recommend reviewing the conditions and messaging used within the SMS before sending them to clients.

Enabled countries
Currently, the ability to send SMS messages from the platform is only available to phone numbers from:
- New Zealand (+64)
- Australia (+61)
- United Kingdom (+44)
Sender phone number
When a client is sent an SMS message from the platform, the sender number will change based on where you are based.
The sender details/phone number that your client will receive an SMS message from is listed below:

SMS copy
The copy used in SMS communications is standard across all First AML customers. This cannot be customised.
The copy used is as follows:

Number of SMS sent per phone number
Due to legal restrictions, the number of SMS messages that can be sent to a client/phone number differs based on geography:
- New Zealand - 1 SMS per phone number
- Australia - 1 SMS per phone number
- United Kingdom - 2 SMS per phone number (the second SMS can only be sent 24 hours after the first)
