How does the AI Insights tool use the information I provide, and is my data used to train the model or shared in the public domain?
Entity Insights
Entity Insights allows you to conduct AI-driven open-source searches on your clients directly within the platform. Using proprietary prompts developed and refined by our team, the feature searches publicly available sources and generates a structured report to support your verification process.
The report is designed to provide a clear, practical overview that can be used as part of your risk assessment and ongoing due diligence.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How accurate is the information provided?
Entity Insights has undergone extensive internal testing over several months. While it is not possible to assign a fixed accuracy percentage, testing has demonstrated a high level of confidence in the outputs. As with any open-source intelligence, results should be reviewed and assessed as part of your overall verification process.
What data sources are used?
The report is based on publicly available information.
If you choose to include a credit report, this data is incorporated into the analysis to enrich and contextualise the findings.

This feature is in beta, meaning this tool is currently free. Please reach out to your CSM or our support team email to help get this set up.
How current is the data?
Open-source information reflects what is publicly available at the time the report is generated.
If a credit report is included, it reflects the data available at the time it is run.
How do the prompts work? Can they be tailored?
The prompts that power Entity Insights are proprietary and have been developed by our team. They are standardised across all customers and are not customisable.
However, you can ask follow-up questions within the report to explore specific areas further and obtain additional clarification.
Does Entity Insights support multiple languages?
Yes. The system can process and translate information from publicly available sources in multiple languages.
Reports are generated in English.
How is this different from using ChatGPT or other AI tools?
Entity Insights is purpose-built for compliance workflows. The prompts have been specifically developed and refined for entity verification use cases, removing the need for manual prompt engineering.
In addition, the feature can incorporate credit report data to enrich results. As the platform evolves, insights may also be used to inform and enhance other areas of your workflow.
How long does it take to generate a report?
Reports are typically generated within one to two minutes. In some cases, it may take up to five minutes.
How does the AI Insights tool use the information I provide, and is my data used to train the model or shared in the public domain?
The context provided to the model is limited to basic business information, for example:
- entity name
- entity identifier (for example company number)
- registered country and registry authority
- entity address
- entity type
- credit bureau information where available
From a security and data handling perspective:
- No information entered into the tool is published or placed into the public domain.
- The feature uses OpenAI GPT models via secure API access.
When you request an insight, the system uses the provided business context to identify risk indicators. To provide a comprehensive view, the tool may perform a targeted web search based only on the entity name and country to pull in relevant, publicly available information (such as news or registry filings) for your review.
