Overview
The Manifest tab shows every entity and individual on a case, the requirements attached to each one, and anything that needs your attention. Each entity and individual has a status, and any requirement with an outstanding issue shows exactly what has come up, so you can see at a glance where to act next.
You will find this on the Manifest tab when you open a case.
The Manifest table
The table has four columns:
- Name. The case requirements, entities, and individuals on the case.
- Status. The overall status of that entity or individual.
- Requirements. How many requirements are complete, shown as a count with an arrow beside it to expand the row.
- Alerts. Whether that entity or individual needs review.
Statuses
Each entity and individual shows a status in the Status column:
- Required. The individual or entity needs to be verified.
- Pass. The individual or entity has passed verification.
- Fail. The individual or entity has failed verification.
- Consider. Worth reviewing to decide whether the individual or entity needs verification.
- Not needed. The individual or entity does not need to be verified.
The Review required badge
When an entity or individual has one or more requirements that need attention, a Review required badge appears in the Alerts column against their name.
The badge is a summary. Rather than expanding every entity and individual to hunt for what has changed, you can go straight to the one flagged for review, then expand it to see which requirement the alert relates to and what it is.
Requirement statuses
Expand an entity or individual to see its requirements. Each requirement shows its current state:
- Suggested. The requirement has been suggested automatically by compliance rules and is waiting for you to accept or dismiss it.
- Pending. The requirement has been added but not yet sent or actioned.
- Sent. The requirement has been sent and you are waiting for it to be returned or actioned.
- Received. The requested document or information has come back and is waiting to be reviewed.
- Completed. The requirement is done and has nothing to review.
- Alert. The requirement has come back with something that needs attention, shown as a summary in red.
An alert summary names the first alert and, where there is more than one, adds a count of the rest. For example:
- On a screening report: Sanction hits +2 more
- On an identity verification: No name matches +5 more, or Name updated +1 more
The count works the same way everywhere: the row names the first alert and the number beside it, such as "+2
more", tells you how many others there are on that requirement.
