About the identity verification form
First AML's identity verification form lets [the company you're working with] collect and verify your identity documents and address details. You'll need a current passport, driver licence, or national ID card.
We check your ID and address against relevant databases to confirm your documents are valid and current. Some forms also ask for a short video of your face. Our facial recognition technology compares this to your ID document, to confirm you're the one submitting your own details.
Note for individuals residing in China
If you're currently residing in China, Chinese data laws mean you can't access this electronic form. Contact [the company you're working with] to arrange manual identity verification instead.
Before you start
- You need a passport, driver licence, or national ID card ready.
- If you're uploading photos of your ID, we only accept clear photographs. Scans and photocopies aren't accepted.
- If you can't complete the form electronically for any other reason, contact [the company you're working with] to ask about manual verification.
