Summary
The Source Platform (First AML's online platform where you manage your AML cases — the app you log in to) lets users with the relevant permissions download the underlying documents from a case. The 'download all' function gives you the ability to download all documents associated with a case and/or associated entities/individuals in a single click.
Permission:
Downloading case documents requires the "Can download documents" permission. Most roles have it — the exceptions are Author, Frontline Office, and Agent Office, which can't view or download documents. This is a separate permission from downloading a case report, so having one doesn't guarantee the other. See Understanding types of user roles to check your role.
Step-by-step
Step 1: Get Started
Login to the First AML Platform, then navigate to the relevant case you want to download the documents for.
Step 2: Determine which documents you need
Once you have located the case, you can now decide which documents you wish to download or you can
Step 3: Start download
Click on the three dots icon in the top right-hand corner, then click 'Download all documents'.
Step 4: Save and download
You will receive an email* with a secure link to their downloaded documents. The file will be available for 24 hours, after which time the link will expire and you will need to repeat the process.

The zip file will automatically download after clicking.
