About the identity verification form
First AML's identity verification form lets [the company you're working with] collect and verify your identity documents and address details. You'll need a current passport, driver licence, or national ID card.
We check your ID and address against relevant databases to confirm your documents are valid and current. Some forms also ask for a short video of your face. Our facial recognition technology compares this to your ID document, to confirm you're the one submitting your own details.
Before you start
- You need a passport, driver licence, or national ID card ready.
- If you're uploading photos of your ID, we only accept clear photographs. Scans and photocopies aren't accepted.
- If you're currently residing in China, Chinese data laws mean you can't access this electronic form. Contact [the company you're working with] to arrange manual identity verification instead.
- If you can't complete the form electronically for any other reason, contact [the company you're working with] to ask about manual verification.
